HUMMINGBIRD MONTAGE

This video features clips of ruby-throated hummingbirds hovering, eating, fighting, and, yes, even resting.  You'll also see a Nessus Sphinx moth, an insect referred to as a "hummingbird moth", because it's often confused for a very small hummingbird.  (Note: a similar type of moth is known as a Hummingbird Clearwing Moth.  There's a photo of one of these on Pictures of the Week Page 1, and a photo of them mating in Photo Gallery 7)
