THE UNSTOPPABLE STARLING

Some people love them.  Some people hate them.  But you can't stop them.  Personally, we try to discourage them (they're invasive to North America, and will often kill other birds in our yard, apparently for no reason).  This peanut feeder is designed to accommodate woodpeckers, and is supposed to stop starlings.  It does a pretty good job, but the more determined starlings can beat it.  This video includes slow-motion clips of its attempts at hovering.
